Our products, extra virgin olive oils of the Blanqueta, Alfafarenca, Mançanella or Villalonga and Genovesa varieties, which we obtain with the freshness of the first olives, careful harvesting and a rigorous cold process.
We bottle in dark glass bottles in order to preserve all the components of these unique juices.
To talk about the history of Oli de Filaters we have to travel back in time, more specifically to the regions of l'Alcoià and el Comtat in the province of Alicante, to a unique environment where its mountains create a kind of circular valley where a very peculiar microclimate is produced.
